The basics of booking and staying at High Mourne House.
High Mourne House is a fictional demonstration by SuperSiteBuild. No real bookings are taken and all payments run in test mode. The terms below are illustrative placeholders, not legal advice - a real property would publish its own reviewed terms here.
Booking and payment
You book directly with the house. Payment is taken securely by card at the time of booking, and you receive a confirmation email with everything you need. Booking direct means no platform or commission fees are added.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Inside 14 days, we refund anything we are able to re-let. If you need to change your dates, get in touch as early as you can and we will do our best to help.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Late check-out until 12pm can be added during booking, subject to availability. Arrival directions and access details are sent to confirmed guests before check-in.
The house and your stay
The house sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. We ask that you treat the house as your own, keep it smoke-free indoors, and hold no parties or events. Please report any breakages so we can put them right for the next guests.
Safety and liability
Use of the hot tub, log burner and the surrounding countryside is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Please follow the guidance left in the house and in your guest information. The mountains are serious in bad weather - check conditions before heading up.
