Privacy policy
What we collect when you book, and how we look after it.
High Mourne House is a fictional demonstration by SuperSiteBuild. No real bookings are taken and no genuine personal data is collected. This is an illustrative placeholder policy, not legal advice - a real property would publish its own reviewed privacy policy here.
What we collect
When you book, we collect the details needed to manage your stay: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates and guest numbers. Card payments are handled by our secure payment processor, so we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your details to take and manage your booking, send your confirmation and pre-arrival information, and be in touch about your stay. We don't send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with the payment processor and the tools that run the booking and send its emails. We never sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons, and then remove them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Just get in touch and we will help.
This placeholder policy was last reviewed for this demonstration in August 2026.
